"Kelly Jensen is put in a position of trust and to represent this State Farm agency. After nine years I left. Like a good neighbor this agency wasn’t there! In fact when I desperately needed there assistance I was given a round about answers for local tow trucks, and she patronized me in the process ..more then once. Even the owner of the tow truck service said Kelly Jensen knows better! She must have selective customer service care!!"

"They cancelled my insurance, gave me an end date. So I went and got different insurance, now they are claiming they never cancelled and have found a way to charge my new debit card. Went in to cancel in person and get my money back, they claimed to have canceled it again but are still sending me bills and declaration pages claiming my insurance is still active. Called to cancel again and they told me it could take up to a month for the paperwork to go through…"

"I have had the most difficult time with this office the last 2 months. After frustration over a policy not being adminstered properly, I decided to cancel my policies with this office. This week alone, I have emailed, had customer service request cancellation, and have had customer service leave a message at the office. I have gotten no response from Kelly to acknowledge my request. I would not recommend this insurance agent to anyone."
